5 reason why you are not sleeping

Good night sleeping is essential for proper functioning of body.
Due to our lifestyle most people nowadays remain sleep deprived, this lead to tiredness, low productivity and many more. 
If you are from those who sleep 8 to 9 hours, than also feel lazy and tried. Than you are unintentionally doing something wrong
Through this blog I will share what we should not do while sleeping?

1. IRREGULAR SLEEP TIMINGS. 
Irregular sleeping timings on daily basis will disturb your internal clock. It has difficulty in sleeping and also affect mood and other body functions. 
Hance it is always recommender to sleep and wake up at almost the same time. 
The best time to sleep in 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. to get the deepest sleep. 

2. WRONG POSTURE. 
If you sleep 8 to 9 hours in a wrong posture it will feel tiredness in you. 

Following are some wrong posture. 
FETAL POSITION - - IT PUTS UNDUE PRESSURE ON BACK AND NECK MUSCLES. 

FACE DOWN POSITION--PUTS PRESSURE ON CHEST AND INCREASE STOMACH SIZE. 

WRAP IT UP POSITION - - DOESN'T LET YOU GET PROPER OXYGEN. 

Right posture are as follow. 
Sleeping in back - - keeps the spine straight. 

Sleeping on left side is best--it helps in many body function. 
3. PLAYING WITH SNOOZE BUTTONS. 
No matter how much sleep you get it never feels like enough. Snoozing after your alarm goes can actually increase tiredness and make you feel sleepy. 
Do not set many alarm as disturb the body clock. 
It is better to wake up on a single snooze. 

4. CONSUMING SLEEP IN HIBITORS. 
People who have a habit of consuming three to four times tea or coffee are mostly likely to face sleeping problem. 
Coffee and tea should be consumed 9 hours before going to bed. 
Alcohol also disturb your sleep it affect Rapid on eye movement sleep. 
Eating too much in dinner and sleeping empty stomach will distract the sleep cycle. Even having too much water at bad time disturbs your sleep. 

5. USING ELECTRIC GADGETS BEFORE BED 
Most people can't get over this habit. the blue light emitted from a smart phone screen on laptop adversely. It will effect your sleeping clock. Using gadget before bad, excites the brain and make us difficult to sleep. 
It is better to stay away from the gadget at least one hour before sleep.
