What is maditation?
Meditation is a practise. Where an individual uses a technique--focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity - to train attention and awareness
From the above we can say
Meditation is a practise where we train our attention and awareness by focusing our mind on a particular object
With an example let us understand it betterly
ASSUME THAT YOU ARE IN A TRAIN, WHENEVER YOU ARE IN TRAIN YOU USE YOUR SMARTPHONE AND YOU ARE IN A VISUAL WORLD OF PHONE. WHICH IS NOT HEALTHY FOR YOU.
SO, YOU SHOULD OFF YOUR PHONE AND PUT IT IN POCKET AND JUST BE AWARE ABOUT YOUR SUROUNDING AND FOCUS YOUR MIND ON PEOPLE, THING WHICH ARE AROUND YOU.
Because MEDITATION is to FOCUS OUR MIND ON A PARTICULAR THING and that only have to do!
Concluding all, we can meditate anytime and anywhere.
