How to increase our will power in 21 days

The human brain has got a specially developed part called the PREFRONTAL Lobe of the neocortex.
The prefrontal cortex enables us to do more difficult thing. In other word it gives us the ability to utilize the power of prefrontal cortex in reconfiguring our mind

There was a researcher called ROY F. BAUMEISTER in Germany. He set up this will power test. He set up his experiment like this students were divided into two group. The student of first group were taken to room A. There where hot cookies, but they were also bland radishes and the student were instructed not to eat cookies. They would be left there for 20 minutes. Now, the researchers would watch from the window. Many of the student pick up the cookies and they thought they are in private room none of them ate it, but the will power got exhausted 
Than they were taken to will power test to solve the puzzle. On the average, they gave up after 7 minutes. But the student in room B were allowed to eat as many cookies as you likes, and than they were taken for test. On the average, they lasted for 20 minutes, while the other groups average was 7 minutes. 
So researcher realised that they had exhausted their will power in this activity, and that is the reason why they had less remaining for the test. 
Now, that has an important relevance to our lives. 
When we wake up in the morning, our will power is full, but then as we go through the day, the mind complains, you forced the mind a little bit of will power get worn out, and than if you have a person which shouts on you and you control your power. Again the will power is fatigued there. And by the end of the day your will power is very little. 
Like the muscles can be developed, your self-control can also be developed. 
Your will power can also enhanced by practicing it, the more you practise self-control, the better you will get at it. 
Your prefrontal cortex is becoming stronger, and that will power enhanced in one area can be used in other area of life.

Even if your meditation is of low quality, even if the distraction are more, it really doesn't matter because your endeavour to maditate is an exersice in self-control
So researcher have discovered that the regular practise of meditation has the ability to change the configuration of your brain in merely 21 days
