1.CREATE OPTIMAL ENVIRONMENT.
Create a good optical environment for good night sleep. Prefer wearing loose cotton cloth as they are comfortable. Your room temperature also should be correct. 20 degree to 24 degree is considered optimal temperature. And also make sure that your room is dark and clean.
2 SLEEPING IN BEST DIRECTION.
Make it a habit to sleep in the right direction. However there is a scientific reason, people live in India falls in northern hemisphere should never sleep keeping the head in North. As we know earth has a large magnet North and South poles. It has strong magnetic pull towards the poles. If you comes in Northern hemisphere and putting your head in north direction for 8 to 10 hours then the magnetic pole will put undeu pressure on your brain. Any direction other than north is ok for us.
3.BEFORE BED FOOT MASSAGE.
This is one simple technique just wash your feet and dry it with towel then take oil in hand and gently massage your feet. Acupressure point on the feet relax the brain.
4. PROPER BED TIME ROUTINE.
Proper bedtime routine will prepare your brain and mind to good night sleep. You can put an alarm 1 hour before bed time so that you get to know now is the time to make room tech free zone. And in this one hour you can read a book, talk to your family member or the best you can do is meditation.
5.SLEEP IN 60 SECONDS.
